Buying a ₹10 lakh watch from someone you've never met should not depend on trust. Here is exactly what happens after you press Buy now.

If authentication fails, your payment is refunded in full. The seller receives nothing.

Your money is never sent to the seller directly
Payments are processed and held by a regulated Indian payment provider. The seller is paid only after delivery and your inspection window.
Authentication before completion
Every watch is inspected at one of our hubs. If it fails, you are refunded in full.
You decide if the condition differs
If our specialists find something the listing did not disclose, you choose: accept the watch or cancel for a full refund.
Insured, sealed, ID-verified delivery
Watches ship with numbered tamper seals and full-value insurance. Delivery requires your signature and ID.
48 hours to inspect on arrival
Report any problem within 48 hours of delivery and the payment stays held while we resolve it.
