Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions buyers and sellers ask most.

Who holds my money after I pay?
A regulated Indian payment provider. It is released to the seller only after authentication, delivery and your 48-hour inspection window.
What if the watch is not authentic?
The sale is cancelled and you are refunded in full. The seller receives nothing.
What if the condition is worse than described?
You'll see the seller's description and our findings side by side, with photos, and can accept the watch or cancel for a full refund.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 5–9 working days from payment, depending on seller handoff and the hub.
Which payment methods can I use?
Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS — recommended for high-value watches and always free), UPI up to ₹1 lakh, net banking, debit cards and credit cards up to ₹2 lakh. You see the exact total before paying. We don't offer cash on delivery.
I live abroad. Can I buy or sell?
Yes, if the watch is delivered to an address in India. You can verify your account with an Indian or US mobile number. Sellers need a PAN and an Indian bank account in their own name to be paid.
Do you buy watches?
No. Sellers list watches themselves and keep them until they sell.
Do I need to verify my identity to sell?
Yes. Sellers complete PAN-based KYC and verify an Indian bank account before they can list.
Can I cancel or return a watch?
Before paying, yes — nothing is charged. After paying, you get a full refund if the seller doesn't hand the watch over, it fails authentication, it differs from the listing and you decline it, or a problem you report within 48 hours of delivery is upheld. See the Cancellation and refund policy for details.
